Mr Harold Lock Wut Ling

Harold Lock Wut Ling is a qualified physiotherapist with ten years’ experience. His last eight years was at Gleneagles Medical Centre, whereby he made his way up to become the Assistant Manager of the Rehabilitation Centre.

As a qualified graduate in BSc with Honours in Physiotherapy from Taiwan National Cheng Kung University of Physiotherapy since 2004, he gained many clinical experiences in different clinical areas namely intensive care unit, acute trauma, cardio-respiratory unit, neurology and vestibular unit and musculoskeletal unit and he has also held the coordinating position in Gleneagles Hospital for the tourism medical project-after war rehabilitation.

Throughout his work experience, Harold has attended numerous trainings in and out of hospitals to improve his clinical skills. He holds certificates of qualified ACE personal trainer, TRX instructor and Pilates instructor. Hence, he spends out of hospital hours treating athletes to regain optimal fitness level.

Harold has special interest in areas of sports injury management, geriatric care and patients presenting with neurological conditions, functional disability, recurrence of fall. This includes elderly presenting with symptoms of dizziness.

In a non-clinical aspect, Harold has worked closely with work related prevention of injury programmes at various local industries.  He has designed workflows and clinical pathways to assist patients in returning to work as soon as possible.
